here’s a quick list of the things you really need to know:

$150 per wholesale order
once you decide on which products you’d like to order, email orders@apothicc.com. we’ll review your order, make sure it meets the minimum, double check that we have all the information we need and then we’ll send over an invoice.
all orders much be paid in full before they can be processed. (if we have previously agreed on another arrangement, wipe the sweat from your brow, this doesn’t apply to you.)
shipping costs will be charged to your account at the time of order using the billing information provided. you will receive an invoice at that time reflecting the shipping costs. all orders will be shipped via USPS unless a shipping account number was provided. please notify us if you would like to pay for expedited shipping. apothicc is not responsible for any carrier delays. the retailer is responsible for covering any duties or customs fees associated with international orders.
if you live locally (Austin, Texas), we are happy to deliver to you. please let us know at the time your order is placed and we’ll gas up the apothicc-mobile.
once order payment has been submitted, please allow approximately one week for your order to be processed and shipped.
we request that all cancellations or changes to orders be submitted via email within 24 hours. cancellations, returns or reductions to an order will incur a 15% restocking fee. used and opened items cannot be returned or exchanged.
