At Apothicc, we put our heart, soul, and maybe a little magic into every handcrafted product we make. As a small business, we’re unable to offer refunds (our crystal ball says you’ll understand). However, if something goes sideways—like receiving the wrong item or a product arriving looking like it lost a battle—don’t worry, we’ve got your back!

Just email us at janice@apothicc.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, a quick rundown of what happened, and any photos (bonus points if you add a fun caption).

For eligible cases, we’ll issue store credit to make it right. And the best part? Store credit never expires—so feel free to save it for when Mercury is in retrograde and you need a little retail therapy.

No Refunds, No Exceptions. BUT, can’t make it? Send a friend instead! Sharing is caring, and your buddy can enjoy the fun in your place. It’s a win-win! 👫

No-Shows: If you ghost us, it’s no refund, no credit, no exceptions. We love you, but we also love boundaries.
